Upon entering the downstairs apartment you are greeted with the enclosed front porch. Here the true charm of the shore shines in with windows on two sides allowing the aroma of the ocean to softly flow through.

Dining Room

The dining room has spacious seating for 6 with close access to the kitchen. There are 2 AC units and ceiling fans in all bedrooms & the dining area.


Front Bedroom

 All bedrooms  offer a queen bed, bed pad, 2 pillows with protective covers, summer quilt, light blanket & ceiling fan with a light, dresser and closet.

Porch Entry

Opposite the TV is a comfy sofa & table.  Perfect for a foot rest or playing a game.

Kitchen

The kitchen offers all the modern conveniences.  Full size appliances, microwave, toaster, dinner & silver ware, pots & pans, cooking  utensils, teapot, blender.  Dish soap, sponges and cleaning supplies.


Middle Bedroom

All bedrooms offer a queen bed, bed pad, 2 pillows w/protective covers, summer quilt, light blanket &  ceiling fan with a light, dresser and closet.

Back Bedroom

All bedrooms  offer a queen bed, bed pad, 2 pillows, summer quilt, light blanket &  ceiling fan with a light, dresser and closet. This bedroom has the 2nd AC unit.

Bathrooms

The Apartment offer 2 bathrooms.  The left shows a full bathroom with a shower.  The right  a full bathroom with tub and shower.

This back room has the 2nd TV.  A great place to be alone.
